Mindfulness Now

Invest in yourself, inhabit yourself, befriend yourself for life.

Mindfulness Now is an 8 week, research based, mindfulness programme, designed to help you find a way to live a more fulfilling life.

Fully accredited by the British Psychological Society, classes take place online or in person, with a group or as an individual.

Content includes meditation, movement and cognitive behavioural therapy techniques to reframe stuck patterns of behaviour.

Classes

  • Individual

    Over 8 weeks of personalised mindfulness classes, online or in person, learn to quiet and tune in, to notice and accept.

    Befriend yourself through breath-work, movement and meditation. Develop new habits to anchor your practice as a lifelong way of being.

  • Group

    Work with others in small, supportive groups, either online or in person, to learn the basics of mindfulness. Using Mindfulness and Cognitive Behaviour Therapy techniques to slow down, deepen your awareness of yourself and your surroundings, and welcome each moment of your life, as it arrives.

The Guest House
